Smoothie tips:
1. Apple juice is the best juice to use for beginners
2. Use spinach unless u are just dying crazy about kale (me)
3. Fresh Pineapples are great in any drink
4. Flax seed adds fiber and keep u full longer
5. Enjoy every moment of becoming a better YOU

Before starting this detox, I was on a low sugar diet. Apple juice and other juices are high in sugar. What else can I use to make the smoothie?

I like aloe vera juice and coconut water. They are both low in sugar and tasty. You can use water as well. Let me know what you choose

For a thicker, creamier smoothie add avacado or banana.
If you freeze it you can eat it as a dessert.
