The night before (5/22)- drink 1 teaspoon of activated charcoal with 8 oz of alkaline water
  • Days 1-4 - Alkaline water (4 bottles min), fresh/organic juice if possible-cranberry and apple, smoothies, apples, and nuts only (not peanuts)
  • Day 5-9- Eat as many raw fruit and veggies (mostly green and organic if u can), add green tea and sweeten with agave or stevia; activated charcoal to be added on day 7 (unless u take prescription, this stuff flushes everything out)
  • Day 10-14- recipes to come
  • Day 15-21- maintain and support
Dry brush your skin before taking a shower or bath. Hot showers, Detox baths or foot baths are great help eliminate waste through pores

Creating and maintaining a meal plan was a bit tricky. But with the daily encouragement and modification, it has been manageable. #Smoothies4TheWIN. Portion size and healthy eating wins every time.
