Fasting & Detox                       May 23-June 12

This is an overview of the 21 days. Take these couple of days to prepare yourself mentally.
To ensure this is an adequate process, your eating will change drastically, for some. It will be hard but worth it!
  • ​For a few weeks we will take a break from processed foods, sweets, COFFEE, cigarettes, starches and alcohol.
  • DRINK WATER- at least half your body weight. For example, if your weight is 100lbs, you will drink 50 oz. of water.  Water is VERY IMPORTANT.
  • At least 7 hours of night time sleep is very important.
  • Be sure to include prayer, meditation, walking, or any exercise and yoga/Qigong.

For max results buy the 10 day Whole Body Cleanse with probiotics- there is an option for all pills or half liquid/pills. It's at Walgreens, CVS, GNC, Walmart or online.

This is an opportunity to rid your mind, body and soul of everyday toxins.

~The Time Is Now~

The night before (5/22)- drink 1 teaspoon of activated charcoal with 8 oz of alkaline water
  • Days 1-4 - Alkaline water (4 bottles min), fresh/organic juice if possible-cranberry and apple, smoothies, apples, and nuts only (not peanuts)
  • Day 5-9- Eat as many raw fruit and veggies (mostly green and organic if u can), add green tea and sweeten with agave or stevia; activated charcoal to be added on day 7 (unless u take prescription, this stuff flushes everything out)
  • Day 10-14- recipes to come
  • Day 15-21- maintain and support
Dry brush your skin before taking a shower or bath. Hot showers, Detox baths or foot baths are great help eliminate waste through pores
